Real-world Microsoft 365 troubleshooting is rarely solved by the first error message. It requires understanding dependencies, proving what is actually failing, ruling out the obvious causes, and tracing the issue across identity, workloads, policy, networking, and service behavior.

This is where I document failures, investigation paths, root causes, fixes, and the architectural lessons behind them.

Start with evidence. Prove the failure path.

My troubleshooting process starts with the exact symptom, the affected scope, and the evidence. From there I build hypotheses, test dependencies, rule out false leads, isolate the failing control or service boundary, and validate the fix. The resolution matters, but the real value is understanding why it failed and what the architecture or operating model should learn from it.
